Okay, I /really/ can't write in an Irish accent, no matter how hard I try.  :P  But, I AM Irish, so I have a reason to celebrate!!!!!  xD  :) 

Saint Patrick's Day was originally a holiday made to celebrate the works of Saint Patrick of Ireland.  It was an annual feasting day, but eventually it became a world-wide holiday celebrating Irish culture.  :) 
I have ancestors on my Mom's side of the family from Ireland. 
But on Saint Patrick's Day, everyone is Irish!!!!!  :D  So celebrate with me!!!!!!

The Blarney Stone is a "magical" stone in Ireland.  Legend says that if you kiss the Blarney Stone, you get "eloquence and the skill of flattery".  People come from all over the world to visit the Blarney Castle and kiss the Blarney stone.  (No, it doesn't really look like the one I gave you.  It's actually in a castle wall.  This is a virtual gift. ;P)

In honor of Saint Patrick's Day, I'm going to start writing a story that was inspired by the first song: Isle of Hope and Tears.  I just got a book from the bookstore all about Irish Immigrants.  :)  It'll be a good history lesson.  I might post the story once I get it going, but I got a sudden inspiration for a few other stories this morning too.  ;)
