But just because I've been busy doesn't mean I don't read email.  XD  My dear friend Cad Bane's Chick is always emailing me, and yesterday she emailed me that her interview with the amazing James Arnold Taylor (voice actor of Obi-Wan Kenobi in The Clone Wars, Plo Koon in the Clone Wars, Johnny Test, Fred Flinstone (in the commercials) and many other people/things....) was up on her blog!!!

Now, CBC has done and INCREDIBLE job interviewing actors and even artists in the Star Wars world, so I would very much encourage you all to go read her blog, comment on her posts, and see all the awesomeness over at

Until this dumb four paragraph paper on Ancient Egyptian Government is done.

I have a list of school things.  I have three days to complete it in, with a sleepover with my best friend at stake.

It's going to be a very loooong three days.  I need to go check my email and load up on fanfics before the wi-fi goes out.  xD
Pray for my sanity in these three school packed days.  Love you all, and I apologize for the lack of posts....that should be fixed soon....my birthday is a week from tomorrow!!!!  I promise to have a bloggy birthday as well as a real party.  XD

My Desk

I have four desks.  XD  Seriously!  I have one in the family room, which is my 'school desk' (it looks like a real school desk), in the living room is my big black desk, but it's covered in junk, in my room is my white old-fashioned desk, which I use most often.  ;)

But now, my desk is simple.  It's.....

All my school sttuff.  Science, Grammar, Spelling, History/Philosophy, Copywork, and Math.  :P

My baby....my laptop.  ;)  It's all purple!  :D  I have little stickers on it, and that's a post-it-note with my day's assignments on it.  ;)  My mouse pad reads "Star Wars, Luke + Mara, Han + Leia, Anakin + Padme, Flynn + Rapunzel and Lizzie + Mr. Darcy.  :)  It also has a few stars and hearts drawn on it.  ;)  As you can see, my wallpaper is Mara Jade.  ;)

Pointless post...I know, but I'm working on a post about the Star Wars Baseball Game I went to last night!!!  :D  That will be a fun post.  ;)  LOL!!

Love Begins

I am SUCH a hopeless romantic.

Isn’t it pathetic?  

I know it is.  

But it’s true.  

I am a hopeless romantic.

I watched the Hallmark Channel’s “Love Begins” movie last night.  Yes, I DO watch the Hallmark Channel!!!!!  I watch Little House on the Prairie on that channel, and a few other shows too.  ;)

Anyway….Love Begins was an AMAZING movie.  Jamie Joyce, you’d LOVE IT.  :D  It is a romantic girl’s dream.  It takes place during the gold rush….but this town that the movie takes place in is somewhere in Texas (I believe).

I just was going through pictures on websites from this movie and it is official.  I AM IN LOVE.  <3

I’ll break down the movie/characters now.  ;)

Okay, like I said, it takes place during the Gold Rush.  The town is somewhere in Texas (I think) and it’s got a super cute little town.  :)

Ellen and Cassie Barlow live by themselves on their family farm, since their Father died a while back.  They’re having problems keeping up the farm by themselves, but Ellen is stubborn and refuses to get help from someone in town.  Then a really bad storm hits and destroys the barn door and part of their garden, and Ellen starts warming up to the idea of hiring some help.

Ellen and Cassie are in town for some supplies when they stop in their friend Millie’s restaurant.  A fight breaks out in the diner, and Ellen takes Cassie home.

Clark Davis was in the fight at Millie’s.  But he feels really bad about ruining Millie’s shop, because of his idiot friend who doesn’t use his brain.  :P  Clark and his friend (who’s name escapes me…) are thrown in jail.  His friend breaks out, while Clark stays to right his wrongs.  :)

Ellen grudgingly hires  Clark to come work on her farm, so he can pay off his debt to Millie.  Well….the rest is history.  :)

At first she hates him.  Then they warm up to each other, and then it turns into something more.  :D

Characters:

Ellen Barlow:

Ellen is a hard worker, but she’s incredibly stubborn.  She lives with her younger sister Cassie on the family farm.  She harbors hard feelings for people after the Gold in California (like Clark was before coming upon their town..) because her old boyfriend left for Cali and never wrote, contacted or came home.  She ends up falling in love with her hired hand, Clark Davis.

Cassie Barlow:

Cassie is a little more easy-going than her older sister Ellen.  She befriends Clark almost immediately and helps her sister see the light.  ;)

Clark Davis:

Clark dreams of adventure, travel and gold.  He aimed to go to California, after the gold in the hills there.  After his friend since childhood abandonded him and left him in jail (great friend, huh?) Clark decided to stay in Town and pay his debt to Mrs. Millie.  He was hired out to the Barlow family farm, and ended up falling in love with Ellen Barlow.  :)

oh my force he is so hot!!!! XD

Millie:

Millie owns the restaurant in town and is known for her pie.  :)  She’s a good friend of Ellen Barlow and her daughter (Rose) is best friends with Cassie Barlow.  Millie forgives Clark for wrecking her store, and ends up treating him like a friend.  :D

Well, that was an amazing movie.  BEST PART?????

It was romantic.  BUT that’s not the BESTEST part.  ;)

Bestest part???  It was a Christian movie.   Clark was led (back) to the Lord through Ellen’s faith.  :D  I loved that part.  :)  I like when they prayed at Sunday Dinner.  And when……Never mind.  SPOILERS!  XD  I won’t say.  ;)

So, go look up this movie!  ;)  I am STILL fangirling about it.

Love Begins….

I am Sick.

Here's another pointless post......but I have good reason.

I have an upper respiratory infection with a touch of bronchitis.  O.O

I keep on coughing.  It's driving me nuts.  

4am.  I was up, coughing my head off until 4am last night.  My mother gave me some cough syrup that (supposedly) would make me stop coughing and fall asleep.  

4am.  I repeat.  4 a m.  

I was so kriffin' hyper I was going to die.  XD  I was coughing, giggling, talking, jumping around and dancing until 4am, where I fell fast asleep halfway through A New Hope.  XD

Now I'm watching Church over the computer (yes, you read that right) and the sermon is about Following Jesus.

Noo....not just "Oh yeah, follow Christ," I mean FOLLOW Christ, as in they're using the metaphor of Facebook, Twitter and Blogger!!!!!  :DDDD  I was like "AMEN!!!"  XD  

It's an amazing sermon.  :)  It really is.  I'm still watching though, so I might write more about it later.  :)

I'm doing a post on Fanfiction.  It's coming.  I'm also doing a post on Star Wars, and on Writing.  ;)  But they're in the works.  

I hope I sleep tonight.  I'm exhausted....ish.....;)

I am tired.  Honestly, I am.  XD  I have been working like crazy on school all day.  I just spent literally 4 hours doing literature with my mom.  I think I'm gonna burst.
Egyptian Literature is ridiculously complicated.  XD  I DO have a favorite poem though.....

School is eating me.  Alive.  I am trying to kill it from the inside but it refuses to die.  XD  It's a good thing I'm interested in what I'm learning about though, or I'd be horribly miserable.  ;)  I am just tired, I'm not always this whiny.  (I AM NOT, MOM!!!)  XD

Well, my attention has been on school....fanfiction.....Lakehouse.....school......school......uhm....reading(?).....for school....xD  Well, Mom, you can see where my priorities are.  xD

I am very much in love with Fanfiction.  But you all know that.  XD  I have been doing a lot of work on my stories, and have updated.....three and written two one-shots in the past week!  :D

Get it??  I watched TRON Legacy recently and am TOTALLY in love with it.  ;)  It was INCREDIBLE.  :D

We Will Never Forget

September 11th, 2001.


Another normal day.  Get up, go to work, sit at your desk, do your job.
....
Until, at 8:46 am, 5 people hijacked American Airlines Flight 11, crashing it into New York City's World Trade Center's North Tower.

More than 3,000 people died in the attacks on 9-11.  America was shattered in a matter of minutes, left in shock of a terrorist attack that we will never forget.


I was four years old when 9-11 happened.  I don't remember much, I believe I was in pre-school at the time, and I do remember my mom and dad and grandma being very upset.  I never understood why.  I was too young really.
I think around the time I was seven, my mother explained why everyone was so sad on September 11th.

This book, was what explained to me what happened.  I could understand, because it was written by kids.

I remember being angry that someone would be so mean as to kill so many people, by blowing up a building. When you're seven, that doesn't exist.  Evil is just something in storybooks, and movies.
But it is real.  Very, very real.

I will never forget September 11th.  I will never forget the people who were First Responders to the tragedy, the firefighters, police personnel and now the soldiers who sacrifice themselves to fight for our freedom.

Now.  9-11 happened.  We will never forget.  But that doesn't mean that only bad things came out of the disaster.  
After 9-11....on 9-12, people, Americans, neighbors, friends, family, they all came out of the woodwork to help.  Whether it was giving blood, money, clothes or helping hands, the american community came together to pull through the disaster of September 11th.

9-12 brought hope.  Hope for the future of America, which was looking pretty dim at that time.
So stand up!  Be PROUD that you're an American!!!  America will bounce back, we can make it through anything with our Lives, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness. 


Yes, September 11th is a very sad day, but do not forget the people of 9-12, the people who were TRUE Americans, and the people who love America for what it is today.  :)

I went to an incredible 9-11 ceremony today, and I don't think there was a dry eye in the house.  ;)  It was just so amazing.  Five families who live in our town were direct victims of 9-11.  They lost children, uncles, brothers, or other family members in the attacks.

One woman's speech caught my attention.  She said this quote by Martian Luther King Jr.

Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.
Martin Luther King, Jr. 


That really made me think.  She is so right, Dr. King Jr. is right!  What does Yoda say?  Anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering?  
Light.  Love.  LOVE is the Key.  We would be a world in darkness if it weren't for Love. 


Perfect love.  Jesus's Love.  

So do not hate your enemies.  Love is how we win.  Love conquers evil.  WE WIN.  :)

A Reason To Celebrate

I have a few reasons to celebrate........and this very short post will give you all of them.  XD

1.  I am going to P.E. today.  I LOVE P.E.!!!!!!!
2.  My little sister is feeling better after being sick all week!
3.  I am starting to get the hang of high-school.  (though my mother might say otherwise....O.o)
4.  I got a Skype account!!!!!!!!!! 8D
5.  I am having a GREAT time writing fanfiction.  I seriously have gotten my muse back.  ;)
6.  STAR WARS: VISIONS OF THE FUTURE IS THE BEST BOOK EVER!!!!!!!!  (I say this about every book I read/finish...) Seriously though, it made me such a happy squealy fangirl.  LUKE AND MARA!!!!!!!!!!!!  **dies of happiness**
7.  I finished Allegiance by Timothy Zahn.  MOST AMAZING BOOK EVER!!!!!!  I'm reading Choices of One now, which makes me very happy.  xD
8.  I LOVE my Lakehouse (and Blogger) friends.  :D
9.  Today is dance day too!!!!  Dance is fun.  I help in two classes, and then I take my one class with an awesome teacher and Chibi.  XD
10.  I am sleeping over at Maryanna's house this weekend, when my parents go to a Brad Paisley (and Blake Shelton) concert!!!!!!!!!  :D
11.  I HAVE 65 FOLLOWERS!!!!!!!!!!!  Thanks for everything guys/gals!  I love you!!!!  :D

#10:  Indiana Jones and Marion Ravenwood
I really really liked Marion.  ;)  I loved her in 'Raiders of the Lost Ark' and I heard she's in the 4th movie, but I don't think I'm going to see that one.  ;)  Still....she's one of my favorites, and I think her and Indy make a great couple.  :)

#9:  Indiana Jones and Willie Scott
Hehe, I liked Marion a lot, but I liked Willie better.  ;)  She's incredible.  As much as the Temple of Doom messed with my psyche, the characters were really fun.  :)  And I loved the chemistry between Indy and Willie.  <3

#8:  Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann
<33333  Best part of Pirates.  XD  Well, from what I've seen of it.  I'm not one for skeletons and stuff like that, but all the WillxElizabeth stuff made Dead Man's Chest worth it.  ;)  Seriously, I probably wouldn't even like Jack Sparrow if it werent' for Will and Elizabeth making me like the movies.  XD

#7:  Charles and Caroline Ingalls
My new obsession/fandom.....Little House On The Prairie.  ;)  <3333  LOVE THIS SHOW!!!!!!!  I won't tell y'all how late I stayed up watching it.  I was so excited with Ma and Pa's romance, they're so perfect for each other!!!!!!

In all seriousness, I absolutely love High School Musical, and Troy and Gabriella are super cute IMO.  :)  They SING, DANCE, and KISS IN THE RAIN.  What more can a hopeless romantic want?!?!?!  I've read (and attempted to write) Fanfiction for HSM.  :)  My goodness.....The HSM movies make me squeal to my fangirly heart's content.  XD

Your a liar if you say you don't think that is romantic.  O.o

#4:  Johnny Tremain and Cilla Lapham
It was hard to pick either this couple or the next for #3.....because I LOVE Johnny and Cilla!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  :D  I wrote fanfics about them for goodness sakes!  LOL!!!  :D  They're downright adorable, and they are PERFECT for each other, in both the book and movie, especially in the movie.  ;)

#3:  Elizabeth Bennett and Mr. Darcy
EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  They beat out Johnny and Cilla for the #3 spot.  They are beautiful, their romance so sweet and so strong......I cried at the end of the movie, just because it was so incredibly wonderful.  :)  I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  They have such passion.....it's really really sweet.  :)

Most Romantic Scene in Movie History.  Period.  End of story.

#2:  Anakin Skywalker and Padme Amidala
Anakin and Padme take #2 with their amazing secret romance!!!  :D  I love them!!!!  I've written many a-fanfic about them as well.  :)  They are secretive, but really sweet and passionate.  :)  I love Anakin already, and Padme is a great character.  ;)  Attack of the Clones is a fangirl's dream come true.  XD

#1:  Han Solo and Princess Leia Organa
THE ULTIMATE FILM COUPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Han and Leia will forever be number one in my heart, no matter how much my parents....um....."expand my universe" when it comes to Han and Leia.  XDDD  In all seriousness, Han and Leia are wonderful.  They are crazy.  He's the cocky pirate, who only cares about money and his ship, and she's the princess who cares about others and her cause.  Together they are the most perfect couple EVER.  :)  Because of Han and Leia....I'm the nuts-y Star Wars Fangirl I am today.  ;)

#10:  Tiana and Naveen
From Disney's Princess and the Frog.  ;)  I love them!!!  The movie itself was great, and I found the romance between Tiana and Naveen just ADORABLE!  :D

#9:  Obi-Wan and Siri Tachi
This does count as a book.  ;)  The romance between Obi-Wan Kenobi and Siri Tachi takes place in the Jedi Apprentice books and then the book Secrets of the Jedi.  ;)  I personally LOVE Siri-Wan, and find them absolutely perfect for each other.  :)

#8:  Obi-Wan Kenobi and Duchess Satine Kryze
As much as I like Obi-Wan and Siri.......Obi-Wan and Satine is my favorite Obi Pairing.  ;)  Their romance is also in the books (I believe....if not then it should be) and in the animated show, StarWars: The Clone Wars.  :)

#7:  Finn Whitman and Amanda
HEY!  I LIKE THEM!!!  XD  This is from the Kingdom Keepers series, and Finn and Amanda are super cute together.  :)  I also really like Willa and Philby.  <33333  I don't think I have a picture for them though.....*sigh*  Still, they deserve to be on the list.  :)

#6:  Hiccup Horrendous Haddock (the third) and Astrid Hofferson
......I personally LOVED this movie.  XD  It was action packed, heart-felt, funny....and it had a bit of romance, which sealed the deal.  :)  I've seen it.....four times now.  And I loved it more and more each time I saw it!!!  :D

#5:  Mulan and Shang
Enter the Princesses!  :D  Disney Princesses are very romantic.  XD  Mulan and her hero Shang are definitely in my top 10.  ;)

Wow.  Just....just wow.  I love Ariel and Eric.  Eric is.....okay, you can ask my sister for  my commentary on The Little Mermaid each time Eric was onscreen.  XDDD  According to Chibi, I ruin every movie we watch with my commentary.  XD

#3:  Aladdin and Jasmine
BEST DISNEY COUPLE EVER.  EVER EVER EVER (despite who comes in as second....)  8DDDDD  I have loved Jasmine and Aladdin since I was little.  :)  They almost remind me of Han and Leia in some ways....Princess, Smuggler....get it?  XD  Kinda sorta.  Only Han has a Wookiee, and Aladdin has a Monkey.....xD

#2:  Flynn and Rapunzel
Okie dokie, these two might just beat out Aladdin and Jasmine.  It was REALLY hard to pick, but I decided to give Flynn and Rapunzel the number 2 spot, because I was  watching Tangled while writing this post.  XD
Flynn/Eugene and Rapunzel are SOOOOOO  the best couple Disney has thought up.  ;)  They are just so.....soo......AHH!!!  Again, you can ask my sister on my commentary.  XD  We can literally recite the ENTIRE film.  XD  Be prepared for many pictures......

BTW, I See The Light is the most romantic scene since A Whole New World.  :)  okay?  Don't argue, it is.  XD

#1:  Luke and Mara Jade Skywalker!!!!!!!!!
THIS IS A BOOK ROMANCE!  DID YOU SEE LUKE/MARA IN THE MOVIES???? I DIDN'T THINK SO.  XD
