11 Random Things About Me:

1.  I love sushi.  Only me and my dad do in our family, and everyone else thinks I'm crazy. xD

2.  I live about twenty minutes from the beach, but rarely go...which makes me sad, I love the beach. :(

3.  I am in love with Steve Rogers.  Love love love love.  Captain America is my favorite Avenger, and I love him  like crazy. <3

4.  My favorite Disney movie is Meet the Robinsons.  It's one of the most underrated Disney films out there. Which is sad, because it's amazing. :D

5.  I love literature.  I just had to read the Odyssey for school, and as much as I thought it was boring, I really enjoyed it. And I had a 6 hour conversation with my mom about it for our Literature Interpretation course. xD

6.  I know what S.H.I.E.L.D. from the Avengers movies stands for.  Yes, I have it memorized.  Strategic Homeland Intervention Enforcement and Logistics Division.  ;)

7.  My least favorite subject in school has become Science.  I have fallen in love with literature and writing, but science and math are on the end of my list.  I just don't find them as interesting. :P

my current course is the physical science one at the very end of the first row.

8.  I love homeschooling.  I think one of my favorite parts of homeschooling is the annual FPEA Homeschool convention.  I cannot WAIT to go to this year's convention...I love looking at all the curriculum, meeting people, and getting some time to hang at the EPIC hotel. ;D

9.  I have a horrible irrational fear of bugs.  I do not like them, and freak out easily when it comes to insects. xD  Once when I was little, I was playing outside, and a spider crawled on my face.  I screamed, sobbed and freaked out for the rest of that afternoon.  Me + Bugs = TOTAL FREAK OUT. XP

for the record, I absolutely do not like this movie. XDDD

10.  My guilty pleasure is watching Dance Moms.  I am addicted to this show...and I blame Amarantine for this obsession...;P  I plan on watching the latest episode tonight.  :D  Don't you judge me...I know it's stupid and demeaning, but I love it. XD LOL how hypocritical of me.....;P

11.  I'm sick right now.  XD  I have a stomach bug or food poisoning or something.  Yesterday/last night I felt TERRIBLE, and today I'm doing a bit better.  Last night I thought I was dying.....and now I feel much better. I can actually keep down food now, and hopefully I'll be alright.  Who needs comfort food? I have my laptop to help me feel better. ;)

1. What famous movies have you not seen yet but would like too?

Iron Man 2, Spider-Man 3, and the newest Batman movies.  As for famous /classic/ movies, I really want to see Out Of Africa, Casablanca and Sunset Boulevard. ;)

2. What is your opinion of Charlie Brown?

Classic.  Every single holiday we watch some Charlie Brown film without fail. ;) I'm looking forward to the Easter Beagle. :D

3. Which of your favorite books would you love to see made into a film and why?

Oooh.  Septimus Heap and Mysterious Benedict Society. Mysterious Benedict Society is just crying to be made into a movie, and Septimus Heap the same.  Too good of plots to NOT be made into Major Motion Pictures!!! :D

4. What is one of your favorite pass-times?

Swimming during the summer at my grandma's house.  Staying up and watching tons of movies with my cousin at the vacation house, and taking out annual "girls" trip to Disney. ;) 

5. What type of vehicle would you love to own, from any film, book or even from reality?

An X-Wing. Handsdown an X-Wing.  I'd also like a landspeeder and that cool car from Captain America...

6. What movie poster would you LOVE to own if you could have your pick?

Empire Strikes Back poster.   Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom poster.  Captain America poster. ;)

Yes, all three.  And when The Avengers comes out I DEFINITELY want that poster. ;)

7. What is a minor thing you’d like to see in your future spouse?

Blue eyes.  Not necessary, but I'd LOVE to have a husband with blue eyes. <333 ;)

8. What is your opinion of snakes?

"Snakes...why'd it have to be snakes..." ~Indiana Jones. ;)  I have a thing against snakes since having a terrible dream about them when I was little. I also hate them because my mom does. XD

9. What is a pet peeve you've discovered from being on the blogosphere?

When certain bloggers think they're above others because they have a billion followers.  Most of my favorite blogs only have about 15-50 followers. ;)

10. If you could dress up–without any difficulty or thought of cost–as any character, who would it be?

OOHH.  Real Jedi Robes so I could Cosplay Jedi Mara Jade-Skywalker.  I'd also like to do a totally SA (screen accurate...Savanna's brother Chase taught me that term), Rogue Squadron X-Wing Pilot costume, with a personally designed helmet that would be Fanfic Canon.  ;)  

11. Where would you like to go on vacation this year?

Disney World, Williamsburg Virginia, Orlando/where-i-was-last-weekend, and maybe Illinois, to visit family.  Also anywhere my internet besties live. ;D

I am Sick.

Here's another pointless post......but I have good reason.

I have an upper respiratory infection with a touch of bronchitis.  O.O

I keep on coughing.  It's driving me nuts.  

4am.  I was up, coughing my head off until 4am last night.  My mother gave me some cough syrup that (supposedly) would make me stop coughing and fall asleep.  

4am.  I repeat.  4 a m.  

I was so kriffin' hyper I was going to die.  XD  I was coughing, giggling, talking, jumping around and dancing until 4am, where I fell fast asleep halfway through A New Hope.  XD

Now I'm watching Church over the computer (yes, you read that right) and the sermon is about Following Jesus.

Noo....not just "Oh yeah, follow Christ," I mean FOLLOW Christ, as in they're using the metaphor of Facebook, Twitter and Blogger!!!!!  :DDDD  I was like "AMEN!!!"  XD  

It's an amazing sermon.  :)  It really is.  I'm still watching though, so I might write more about it later.  :)

I'm doing a post on Fanfiction.  It's coming.  I'm also doing a post on Star Wars, and on Writing.  ;)  But they're in the works.  

I hope I sleep tonight.  I'm exhausted....ish.....;)

I am tired.  Honestly, I am.  XD  I have been working like crazy on school all day.  I just spent literally 4 hours doing literature with my mom.  I think I'm gonna burst.
Egyptian Literature is ridiculously complicated.  XD  I DO have a favorite poem though.....

School is eating me.  Alive.  I am trying to kill it from the inside but it refuses to die.  XD  It's a good thing I'm interested in what I'm learning about though, or I'd be horribly miserable.  ;)  I am just tired, I'm not always this whiny.  (I AM NOT, MOM!!!)  XD

Well, my attention has been on school....fanfiction.....Lakehouse.....school......school......uhm....reading(?).....for school....xD  Well, Mom, you can see where my priorities are.  xD

I am very much in love with Fanfiction.  But you all know that.  XD  I have been doing a lot of work on my stories, and have updated.....three and written two one-shots in the past week!  :D

I love DeviantART.  It is so awesome.  So is this picture:

Get it??  I watched TRON Legacy recently and am TOTALLY in love with it.  ;)  It was INCREDIBLE.  :D

I'm watching Star Wars, A New Hope right now.  :)  I love that movie.  (Nooo, really?!?)  I do, I really do.

I have a few important things to blog about though.  XD

First and foremost, OhmigoshIaminlovewithAllegiancebyTimothyZahnitissogoodIstayedupuntil4:30am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you couldn't read that, I'll sum it up.  XD  I stayed up until 4:30am last night/this morning reading Allegiance by Timothy Zahn.  It is SOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I fell in love with it.  :)  I was just going to run through it quickly so I could read Choices of One in fuller understanding, but I couldn't do it!  It was too good!!!!!
I am in love (with the character) of Daric LaRone.  :)  He is SO KRIFFING AWESOME!!!!!!

The Stormtroopers in this book are so....different.  I used to think of the Stormtroopers as mindless Imperial servants who just shot blindly and were killed easily.  Now I don't think so.  The Hand of Judgement is the coolest thing since sliced bread.  And I think sliced bread is pretty darn cool.

Another thing, I got a bookshelf!!!
What?  What's wrong with being excited for a bookshelf?!?
I am quite excited about it, because my books pill out of every possible place in my room.  XD  So this is a big deal!  :D  I am now able to properly display all my books.  :)  I'll post a picture when my room is put back together.  XDD

I'm going to my friends Maryanna and I Heart Chewie (from TLF)'s house tomorrow!!!!  I'm excited for that. Whenever we get together, we have TONS of fun.  xD
Maryanna (the REAL Maryanna btw) has read Reaching For The Stars, my novel/fanfic, and the character of Maryanna is based off of her.  ;)  She and I have a lot of inside jokes about RFTS and the characters I write about.  XD  Now though, they're becoming more of characters than they are people. XDD

I played around with an avatar creator and made Mari from my book.  xD  Only, her lightsaber's green.  :P  It was just for fun.  And the picture's teeny.  :P

I'm Sick and Bored/My Story Chapter 3

Blech.  I HATE being sick!!!!  :(  My throat is feeling a bit better, but I'm still incredibly stuffy and now I have a really bad (and irritating) cough.  BLECH BLECH BLECH!!!!!!  :(  I'm sick of being sick!  I can't seem to get comfortable.  I'm sitting on the couch, but everytime I put on a blanket, I'm hot, and when I take it off, I'm cold!!!  :(  At least the Wi-Fi is back.....that way I can blog, forum, and do other things on the computer for a while.  ;)  Sorry if I'm complaining, I'm really bored and uncomfortable at the moment.  ;P

I have plenty to do.  I could read, I have been writing, and I could do some school work, but right now I decided I'll just blog for a while.  ;)  I'm really pumped for tonights TCW episode!!!  :D  I can't wait!  I think I'll put in Star Wars next, because I'm going to be writing some fanfics.  ;)  Here's one I wrote last night and posted on The Lakehouse.  ===>  CLICK HERE

:D  That was fun to write.  ;)  I figured that just about all Star Wars obsessed fans have a dream or write a story like this, so I thought I'd give it a go.  ;)

Alright, alright.  On to Love Will Prevail.  ;)  I'm at a writers block, but I've already got 5 chapters, so I'll keep posting until I run out of chapters.  ;)  This chapter is short and pretty boring, mainly because it's a filler chapter.  ;)  It's not the best chapter, so just bear with me.  ;)  Chapter 4 is much better!  ;)

Chapter 3

Jacob and Fallon grew in their relationship over the next several months, staying up late at night talking for hours.  Some of the other soldiers and knights thought it was weird that they were in love in midst of a war, and that they were always “making out” when they were alone.  It was obvious that they were in love, and just about everyone in their division of the army knew it.  Cayden, Fallon’s little brother loved Jacob and often sat on his lap or had him read him stories.  Fallon thought it was sweet and Jacob didn’t mind in the least.  She and Jacob had been though a lot together, and would fight side by side all the time in battle.  It wasn’t until the battle of Canarak that one of them was injured or shot down in battle.  Most people called it luck, but Fallon knew that it was something to do with God’s plan, and that somehow they were meant to live through those battles.  She tried to remember that as she sat now talking to Jacob who was so seriously injured.  Jacob reached from his sitting position to feel Fallon’s cheek.  He raised an eyebrow as he felt her cheeks were wet.  “Were you crying?” he asked.   Fallon felt her cheeks flush and she said, “Umm, yes.  I was.”  She nodded and lowered her head.  “Why?” asked Jacob gently.  Fallon hadn’t cried in nearly two years, since her parents were murdered.  Fallon held his hand in hers and said quietly, “I was…worried.  About you.  You were probably going to die….and I was scared.”  Jacob nodded and said with a small smile, “You were afraid for me?”  Fallon rolled her eyes and kissed his cheek.  “Of course I was.  I love you….I couldn’t let you go.” She said, her voice growing quiet once again.  Jacob ran his hand through her tangled brown hair and smiled up at her.  “I love you too.” He said, and pulled her closer to him.  Fallon edged closer, trying very hard not to look at the bloody shirt that was tied around Jacob’s stomach.  The blood made her nervous all over again.  The wound was so deep, and Fallon knew that she only had a matter of time before infection set in.  For the time being though, she was glad that Jacob was alive and that he could at least talk to her.  After just holding each other for a minute, Fallon whispered to him, “You know we don’t have that much time, right?” he nodded and held her closer.  They kissed and Fallon felt at peace.  She gently brushed her hand on his cheek and deepened their kiss.  After a while, they let go and Fallon smiled at him.  “What are we going to do?” she said quietly.  “You aren’t going to last much longer you know.” She added her voice cracking.  Jacob nodded again and said, “Do you know how far we are from the Kingdom?  We need to get back…” then his eyes widened and he stopped midsentence.  “Oh my goodness,” he said, “I just thought of something.” Fallon turned to him and said with alarm, “What?!?  What is it?”  Jacob looked at her and said, “Cayden.  How are the others going to explain where we are?  They probably think we are dead!”  Fallon bit her lip and her eyes widened too.  “I-I Don’t know!  They probably do think we’re dead!  Oh!  Poor Cay!!”

Like I said, Chapter 4 will be longer and more interesting!  ;)  In the next chapter we're going to meet Cayden, Fallon's little brother, and two more knights who are friends of Fallon and Jacob. I really like the two new characters that will be in the next chapter and I would even say that they each could have their own story!  ;)  Anyway, I really like Chapter 4.  Sorry this one was so short!!!  ;P

Okay, I'd better get off Blogger and go rest.  ;) I've gotta change the movie....Mermaidia just ended.  ;P  I'll probably put in ESB, it's my favorite!  ;)   I also have to work on my critique....I'm writing it on Johnny Tremain the movie.  ;)  LOVE THAT MOVIE!!!  LOL, I'm SUCH a fangirl.  ;P  *rolls eyes*  Well, I'll talk to y'all later, I'm sure I'll be on a LOT today, seeing I'm not going ANYWHERE!!!  Blech, my nose hurts from using so many tissues.  :P  Okay, TTFN!  Ta-Ta For Now!!  :)

I AM SCARED!

Well, I WAS scared.  I'm ok now.

I just witnessed a fire.

My cousin (who I am going to call E) and sister and I were driving home from picking up E from school and E saw smoke coming from a nearby park.

We all sorta freaked out and my mom dialed 911.  The firefighters came and we got to see them put out a fire.  The flames were huge.  A bunch of dry bushes caught on fire and then caught a bunch of nearby Palm Trees on fire.  We got to talk to a Police man and a Fire Chief, (who my dad knows from his work).

It was scary.  I was nervous, and my little sister cried.  She only cried because there were dogs barking from the nearby house.  She loves dogs.

God Bless the Firefighters, they saved the house, the park, the animals.  The fire broke out next to an electrical box, so they also saved the box from exploding and causing more problems.

I'm fine now, but my mom was all shaken up.  I also discovered today that there are flesh eating spiders that can cause death.  Someone at my dad's work got bitten by one and nearly died.  They have a hole in their leg now.  *bites lip in total fear*

Reason #4028 why I HATE bugs.  Especially Flesh Eating Spiders.  And I thought my parents were just trying to scare me!!!!  *rolls eyes*  I guess not.

Today is Friday!  Today is Overlords, the new Clone Wars episode!  I'm SO PSYCHED!!!!!!!  I can't wait for 8:30!!!!!  :D

My cousin is sleeping over!  We're gonna pick her up from school this afternoon, but until then I'm babysitting my sister.  My mom is working out in the yard today because she's taking a break from our school.  *Mom needs some down time too!!!*  I have a feeling that it will be a Star Wars and My Little Pony day for me.....I think I'll put in TCW or TPM.  My mom's outside....she won't hear.....LOL!

I'm going to go shower....then I'll probably be back on Blogger later!  :D

Today is an off day....

Today is weird.

The weather is weird, my inner clock is off because I slept in until 10 AM this morning, and I'm still really tired.

I took a geography test this morning!!!  *I'm praying I did well* and I also did math.  *Blech.  Math.* Math is the one subject that makes me so frustrated I have tears.  I get so angry at the numbers/letters.  It's confusing and difficult.  I have the lesson, I understand it, but when I took the test I got half of the answers wrong.  I don't know when or why I'd need to factor polynomials in real life, but I have to learn it anyway.

Today was the last official day of our semester in school, so I'm done for a while.  I start again like....tomorrow!!  LOL, actually tomorrow is Thursday, which means it's a P.E and Dance day!!!  I'm excited, I'll get to see my friends, *promote my blog...* and dance!  Read my dance post for more on dancing!  ;)

My little sister is currently OBSESSED with My Little Ponies, which are pretty cute, except when the incredibly catchy songs are STUCK IN YOUR HEAD!!!!!  *My little pony, my little pony, I'm so glad you're my friend!*  Oh Great!  She's playing the Karaoke setting on the DVD, which is JUST the songs!  I think she's doing it to purposely annoy me.....excuse me as I yell for her to turn the mini DVD player DOWN.....OH THANK GOODNESS!!!!!  I found a pair of earphones and plugged them into the DVD Player and her head.....now my sanity is saved.  :D

These are about the ONLY My Little Ponies I like....You'll see why.  Unfortunately they are some "Custom Made Ponies" so I can't buy them....bummer.  I'd SO pay money for them!!!!  :D

LOL!  I love these ponies.  I'd play with my sister if we played Star Wars, the Pony Wars!!!  LOL!  She's all mad at me that I'd rather be on Blogger than play ponies with her.  ;D

So that's today's post.  I'm going to go and load some photos next so that I can do more posts.  I'm also going to go make a FanFiction Page, where I'll review and add links for all my favorite FanFictions, since that is my current obsession.  :D  Thanks to my new followers, and commenters!!!!!

I am Bored.

So I'm going to post!  Yay for you!!  LOL!

Hmmmmm.....


AH!  I got an idea!!!!  This is for my Star Wars Loving friends......a half a  post on Star Wars!!!


I have and addiction to FanFiction.  I cried this morning over a story I read.  I cry a lot.  I think I'm overly attached to the SW characters.  It moves me.....


Anyway.  I also discovered that I am an Original Trilogy person.  As much as I love Anakin, (which is a LOT), I like the Original Trilogy more than the Prequels.  I have only seen the Prequels a few times, but I have watched the OT a million times over.  I think my favorite Star Wars movie is Episode V, The Empire Strikes Back.  I don't know why, but I was always drawn to this movie.  I'm going to try and watch either it or The Phantom Menace tonight.  I like TPM, it's a good movie.  I forgot how much I like it....until I rented it from the Library two weeks ago and then bought it from the Library's re-sale shop.  I love Padme` in that movie....she's really sweet!  :D


I am also a Clone Wars Junkie.  I love TCW!!!!!!  My sister and I can sit and watch TCW all day long if we were allowed too!!  I can't pick a favorite episode because they are all so good!!!!  I really like last nights episode....and the last minute and a half made me scream SO LOUD my voice still hurts today.  I was literally bouncing off the walls!!  *SPOILER!!!!*  OMG DARTH MAUL!!!!! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!  I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!!!!!!!  *END SPOILER!!!!!*  Also, the commercials for next week made me flip out as well.  My parents say they are going to have to put me in a little sound proof box when I watch the next episodes.  THEY ARE ANAKIN EPISODES!!!!!!!!!!!!  I can't wait!!!!!  What did they mean when they said to Ahsoka, *MORE SPOILERS!!!* You may never see your future if you remain his student!!!*END SPOILER!!!!!*  I freaked.  WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO AHSOKA?!?!?!?!?!!?  AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!  Great, now I'm all excited again!  And I have to wait ONE WHOLE WEEK?!?!?!?  Well, it could be worse.   I'm just glad there isn't a break! :D

What I am doing right now......


Uhhh, blogging!  Well, because that's stating the obvious, I'll post on what I was doing about ten minutes ago, BEFORE I started blogging.


My cousin was over!!!  *YAY*  To protect the innocent, I'm going to call her Ember, and Ember came over to my house for a while.  My sister, (Nutmeg) and Ember and I went outside for a while, but it was oddly cold and windy, so we went back in.  We played with our DSiXL's, which are REALLY fun.  After doing that Nutmeg made popcorn and we watched TV for a while.


Wow, we were being extremely boring.  That's pretty much it.  My feet are cold because I misplaced my slippers and it's really windy outside.  My dad has the sliding glass door open so he can hear my sister and I doing....nothing.  I think I'm going to go and pop in ESB or if my sister won't watch that, TPM or TCW.  This turned into a really long post for something that I was doing out of boredom!!!!  LOL!  Have a great weekend everyone, and thanks so much to my friends/followers!!!!!  I love living the blogging life so far!!!!  LOL!

I took this picture from a park in our town.  It was growing wild there and I couldn't resist taking a picture of such a pretty flower!!  I thought it turned out pretty good!

Isn't that pretty?!?!  The view from the dock of my grandparent's vacation home.  It was sunset time and I got the silhouette of the tree just right!  I love this picture!! ;D
