Beautiful People August Edition

I skipped July's and can't find it (or am too lazy to find it I should say) so I'll just do August's Beautiful People!!!!

In all out honesty, I am running out of characters to do this on.  XD  I'll do this one on Cassie (has-no-last-name-yet) from a story that will most likely be my NaNoWriMo novel this year....it's in the planning stages, preparing for November.  :)
Cassie lives/lived in the Everglades of Florida.  Rural everglades, away from civilization.  ;)  So...yeah...I was inspired by Totch Brown who lived in the Everglades on the island Chokoloskee, in Florida.  ;)  Okay, so on with the rest of the post.  ;)

1. What is their biggest accomplishment?
Cassie's biggest accomplishment was when she caught a bigger alligator than her brother, all by herself.  XDD

2.  What is one of their strongest childhood memories?
Probably Momma reading Cassie and her twin brother (who doesn't have a name yet btw) stories by the fire before bed.  :)

3.  What is their favorite food?
Raccoon.  XD  LOL what do people living in the Everglades eat??? :P  Just kidding, probably fish.  XD  I don't know my seafood though, so more research is needed on that subject. ;)

4.  Do they believe in love at first sight?
Uhh....probably not.  She's a tom-boy, all seriousness, tough girl, who doesn't give men/boys a second thought.  ;P

5.  What kind of home do they live in?
A small cabin in the middle of the Everglades, almost 100 miles from any civilization.  The cabin was made by her parents and grandparents, long before she was born.  No A/C, no indoor plumbing, no electricity.  O.O

6.  What do they like to wear?
Usually pants and shirts, with her boots.  Sometimes she'll wear a long skirt like her mother's, but it is not often.  :P

7.  What would they do if they discovered they were dying?
Two things.  Tell her parents and brother she loved them, and then go swimming in the Everglades.  ;)  She'd want to die in the Everglades, because they are her life, and she loves them more than anything.  :)

8.  What kinds of holidays or traditions do they celebrate?
Fishing/Tourist seasons!  Haha!  Christmas, Thanksgiving, birthdays, etc.  But they aren't as extravagant as we do them.  ;)

9.  What do your other characters have to say about her?
Her twin (unnamed) brother is really nice to her, since they're all each other has, and they are best friends.  Later on in the story more 'modern' characters come into play, and they think she's crazy, weird and very out-doorsy.  xD

10.  If they could change one thing in their world, what would it be? 
Probably to stop water pollution and to keep people out of the Everglades, like, to stop building on the Everglades, and let it stay natural.  ;)  No one needs to 'fix' God's perfect design.  ;)

Okay, it's now almost 11:00pm, so I'm going to log off, finish watching this TV show with my sister, possibly watch some Clone Wars and be done for the night.  ;)
