In Other News...

Friends!!! I am sorry for neglecting 2Thine for the past few days...I've been wanting to do a few posts, but I haven't gotten a chance to sit down and write at all recently!! :P  I suppose this will be a catch-up post, about everything with me and what I have in store for future blog posts!!!!

This blog has suddenly become quite inspirational...with all these popular posts!!  I'm glad that my writing seems to be appealing to you all!! :)


Anyway, I've just been really busy lately!!!  I have so many emails to get caught up on.....and papers to write for school and practicing to do on my viola.  It's a lot of work.  Plus writing tons of blog posts and other things!! :P  


My cousin had her confirmation over the weekend, and we had an awesome family dinner.  
I am now into My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.  It's awesome.  Seriously.  I am in love with it.  
I've been doing only a little bit of writing lately, and most of it is OC fanfiction/stories.  :D  I'm working on a new book! :)
I cleaned my room (it's a miracle) and there was more glitter on my floor than dirt/dust.  XD
I have issues.  Friend issues mostly, and others.  I'm giving up and giving it to God.  I'm tired of drama.
I love Dance Moms, I love drama that isn't my own.
Because of Dance Moms I am now giving my sister Dance Intensives.  I have learned that I make a pretty good dance teacher.  I pick it up from my job at our studio.  My sister hates me for being her tap teacher though, because Tap is what I'm most passionate about.  XD
I'm thinking of starting a business.  It's all in the works (my head), and I'd appreciate support/prayers.  I decided I want to be an entrepreneur.
My mom is such a fangirl.  Fate of the Jedi's last book (Apocalypse) comes out today, and she's waiting for it to go online at Midnight so she can buy it.  This coming from the woman who's bedtime is 8:30...this is a big deal.  We're going to read it together and fangirl and freak out over it tonight/tomorrow morning.  ;)  I'm excited.

Guess What?!

I had such a fun day!!!!!!!!!  Tuesday forward has been SOOO MUCH FUN!!!!

I have JediKnightGrl (or Tara as we call her on TLF) to thank for Tuesday Night's awesome-ness.  ;)  She and I were having a Fangirl war over Mr. Darcy from Pride and Prejudice.
P&P is now my new favorite movie.  ;)  *cough Thanks To Ley cough*   xDD

I am in LOVE with Mr. Darcy!!!!!!  Apparently Tara is too....XD  LOL!!  *hugs*

Anyway, so we had a blast at 2am fangirling to our hearts contents.  ;)  After being upset over something earlier, it was a great way to lift my spirits.  ;)  I read her blog post this morning, and it literally made me happy just reading it.  XD

The next day (Wednesday...)  I got the best surprise present EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously.  Nothing wrong with the lamp, but I felt kinda cheated when my sister got a $30 dollar doll and I got a $5 dollar lamp with no lightbulb.  :P

But that was all fixed!!!!!!!!  I was kinda upset and in a bad mood because I had evil writers block, and then my dad came home from work and made my WEEK!!!!!!!!

Now, Chibi is sleeping over and we're watching National Treasure 2.  Correction. It's midnight and I'M watching National Treasure 2.  Alone. XD  Everyone's asleep.  :P

My family played poker, quarters, black jack and a few other card games tonight, and it was SO MUCH FUN!!!!!  I felt like I was part of the Solo family.  XDDD My AU happy Solo Family.  ;)

My mom and dad seriously think they're Han and Leia Solo. It's almost funny.  :)  I'm enjoying it though, because my mom likes Star Wars with me!  LOL!

Also, I watched Lord of the Rings today!  With Chibi!!!!  We both LOVED it.  (well, what we saw so far, it's a LOOOOONG movie. xD)  so we're gonna finish it tomorrow morning, then I'll have a lovely viola lesson before the summer is over.  And maybe we'll go bowling.  Because bowling is awesome that way.  xDDD

I'm happy.  ;)  My family had a nice long shopping trip today, going to the 'fish place' (hunting and fish outlet, Bass Pro shop) today, to get stuff to keep stocked for Hurricane Season.  I hope we can go back out later....I love going places.  xD
I saw tons of camping gear, and my sister and I are planning our first ever camping trip.  We're thinking maybe late November or January/February time....seeing today's heat index topped at 110 degrees.  O.O

I was very excited yesterday because the teacher I have helped in dance class for the past two years called.  xD  Sadly, our (mine and Chibi's) tap class is cancelled.  :'(  Tap is our favorite class.  Pray that either the schedule changes again, or that we can do Jazz this year and she'll do it with me!  :P

My sister and I have been dancing a lot.  xD   She'll come in my room and just dance around.  A. She's adorable that way.  and B. she's incredibly flexible and can slide right on into a split without a problem.  Then she shifts from a right split to a straddle split, to a left split.  I cringe.  xD

I've been writing.  I LOVE writing.  xD  I'm working on the Sequel to Reaching For The Stars right now, and it's really fun to write.  :D  Plus, Ley gave me the link to a 'Character Creator' on DeviantART, so I created my girl OCs from the story!  :D  I'll post Ember Sparkstone, since she's my favorite.  xDD

I've been reading.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE L.O.V.E. Allegiance by Timothy Zahn.  I highly recommend it.  ;)  I'm enjoying it so much!  I am in love with Daric LaRone.  (character people...I'm in love with the character...not like how I am with Luke Skywalker either. xD)  

The whole book is so much fun.  I flipped out (literally, I jumped off my bed and ran around my room 'happy-dancing') twice while reading.  Once because I read part of a Mara chapter somewhere before, and I was all excited that I knew what was going on.  XDD   

And again because PINK FIVE WAS IN THE BOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!  I think I nearly screamed.  XDD  Pink Five, or Stacey, from the Pink Five saga of Fanmovies, was in the book, flirting with Han Solo.
As someone who 'role-played' Pink Five for a day, that was a big deal.  xD

I got the name from Johnny Tremain, the movie.  At the end, Cilla says, "Oh johnny, I'm so glad it's over," and James Otis says something to the effect of, "Oh but it is not over, it is just the beginning, only the kindling of the flame."  I KNOW he said Kindling of the Flame though, and because that left such an impact on me, I decided to use that as my blog name.  :)

Ooh, this is easy.  The Rebel Alliance.  I LOVE THEM!!!!!  They have Luke, and Leia, and Han, and Wedge, and SO MANY OTHER AWESOME PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!  Thanks to the Rebel Alliance I am the fan I am today!  :)

Hmm.....I like lots of creatures.  I think my favorite is the Kowekian Monkey Lizard.  I have one......her name is Lilac and she is purple and blue........hehe.....Lakehouse girls will know what I'm talking about.  xD

Today my family is going to the local animal shelter.  We've been doing this fundraiser that my sister started all by herself called Dog Squad.  We've collected TONS of donations over the past month, and we're finally taking it to the shelter today.  ;)  It's amazing!  I'll post pics soon!!!!  :D  I'm hoping to bring something home from that shelter,.......but my mom already said no.  :(  Aww.....maybe she'll change her mind.......XD  I wish!!!

Anywho, I'll be around.....but I'll be working on Abigail Adams today.  GO TO THAT LINK AT THE TOP OF THIS POST!!!!  I'm so proud of it.  :)  LOL!

OH!  And one more thing, I love fanfiction.  I'll be updating my page later.  I have one author who I'm like the ONLY person who reviews her stories.  She wrote me a personal note in her bio page and I was so excited!  It made me feel so good.  ;)  Aww.

It has been FOREVER since I posted!!!!!!!!  xD  Sorry 'bout that....

I've been REALLY busy.  Be prepared for a long post..........

First of all, I missed the end of March.  xD  I'll get caught up on the blogger challenge.  ;)

Day 24: No, I didn't know that.

Day 25: I have a DSiXL.  LOL!  It's a long name, but a cool system.  My favorite game is The Force Unleashed.  Close in second (and third) is The Clone Wars game I have, and Mario and Sonic at the Winter Olympic Games (best game ever, so much fun!!!!!)

Day 26: I think Crocs are okay.  I never really was allowed to have them.  :P

Day 27: Nope.

Day 28: No, no I have not.  xD

SOOO, lets get caught up shall we? 

I've been doing school (duh), reading fanfics (double duh), and I've been having a few more adventures as well.  :)

School is going well.  Our third semester just finished, and I did okay.  I got a B in......writing.  D:  It wasn't because of the quality of my work, but the fact I was two weeks late on turning it in.  :P  I need to work on my time management.  ;)
I have 9 lessons in math left.  Which is good, because if I work hard, I can get it over with...I mean, finished.  ;P
I had to pick a person from the Revolutionary War timeframe (my favorite period in history) to write a  mega-essay on for an end of the year project, and I decided on Abigail Adams.  :)  She's really cool.  A strong lady.

Well, for the news on Fanfics, just check my page.  ;)  Lets just say that I am obsessed with Luke and Mara Jade.  :D  BEST PAIRING EVER!!!!!!  They are so perfect together and absolutely adorable.  :DDD  Everyone needs to read I, Mara Jade.  Read my review(s) on my Fanfic page.  :) 

Other adventures.......

Okay, y'all know that I'm a moderator/active member of The Lakehouse Forum.  :D  Well, Amaranthine, Leia and I (the moderators) pranked our forum.  :)  It was really funny.  We opened fake accounts and everything.  It was........something to remember.  ;)  That's for sure. 

I also have a new favorite movie.  Tangled.  SO GOOD!!!!!  I <3 Flynn Rider.  :)

I'm reading a lot of books.  But finishing none of them.  :P  What else is new??

I've started a few new writing ideas.  ;)  I'm doing one inspired by my dear friend............Hermione after we talked for hours about stories at P.E.  I'm getting to see her Monday again.  I'm so happy.  ;) 

I went to my friends' house yesterday!!!!!  :D  Maryanna and I Heart Chewie, my friends in real life and on Lakehouse's house.  :D  We had tea, and ate homemade cookies, biscotti, egg salad and more!  ;)  It was a lot of fun!!!  I played Scattergories for the first time, and we had lightsaber battles.  :)  Oh, and I played the Wii.  I've never played Just Dance before, and I actually did well.  I beat Maryanna.  Maybe those 12 1/2 years of Dance Class paid off.  :P
I also sorta pranked them over the Lakehouse thing.  ;)  It was fun.   *laughs maniacally*  XDD

After that, we went to my grandma's house and had the first swim of the year.  It was a LOT of fun.  My darling cousin and I played in the pool for a few hours, with my sister too. :)  I forgot how much I missed swimming.  xD

And now we're at today.  Today I went to the feedstore, playset place, Kohls, Sears, and then eventually home.  :) 

My sister and I played on a bunch of playsets at the playset place, and we got to hold ducks and baby chikens at the feedstore.  :D 
I got two new outfits at Kohls!!!!  I'll post pictures asap.  I love my new shirts!!  They are so cute.  My style is described as "Beachcomber" according to my mom.  *looks around blog*  I agree.  :)

My sister got some new clothes, including an adorable Easter dress, from Sears.  I'm happy for her.  ;)

Now I'm going to cry because my cousin Chibi is so sweet.  I want to give her a huge hug. 
She invaded Lakehouse for the day as part of our elaborate prank, but she now wants to keep the account, and said that she even wants to try Star Wars!!!!!  Thank You Lord!!!!!  I've been praying for this!!!!!!  See Chibi, maybe being a geek isn't so bad after all.  :D   Amaranthine is a miracle worker, because it's her who really convinced Chibi that maybe Lakehouse is kinda cool.  ;)  We are funny, and Chibi, you're making it 10 times more funny!!!!!!!  She said that she now understands what I spend so much time on, and after we talked on the phone, she said that she originally thought I was just being selfish and spending too much time on the computer, but now she gets how hard it is to keep up with everyone posting.  :)  LOVE YOU CHIBI!!!!!!!!!!!  We totally need to watch a few stars explode.  Then we can have a lifesaver fight.  I promise.  xDD

Days 9 and 10

Ugh, sorry I didn't post yesterday.....I ended up staying up too late writing and reading.  :P 

So, onto the challenge!!  :D

Day 9: Have you ever watched Avatar, the Last Airbender?
No.  I have not.

Day 10: Who is your inspiration?
Ooh, that one's hard.  Ummm.....my mom and dad.  My grandparents (and great grandparent), my cousin/sorta-twin/best-friend, my sister, Ashley Eckstien, George Lucas, Dave Filoni, Padme Amidala, my friends, Mary Jane Butters, Angie Sage, Rick Riordan, Walt Disney, Victoria Kasten, and SO many more!!!!  ;)

Alright, now that that's finished, on to other things!!!  ;)

I had dance today!!!!!  I also had P.E. 
P.E. was really fun because my friend who doesn't usually come to P.E. came today.  We talked about Percy Jackson like, the WHOLE time.  It was really funny.  Apparently I'm a daughter of Zeus.  ;P  :D
Dance was also really fun.  One of the little girls got upset and ran to me for comfort.  She kept hugging me and wouldn't let go, so I ended up carrying her for like, twenty minutes.   Finally, I convinced her that she had nothing to be sad about anymore and she was ready to dance.  She actually listened. 
Later, I had my class.  I LOVE Tap!!!!  :D  It's so fun.  We have five bigger girls in the class, and four littler ones.  The bigger girls did a 'trick' thing in the middle with the littler girls, and I have to flip a girl who is nearly as tall as I am.  My one friend gets to do a solo flip by herself, because we only have enough girls for four sets of partners.  ;P  :D  We did a good job though, and everyone was there, so we got cookies at the end of class.  :)

*sigh*  That was fun.  ;)
Now, Nutmeg and I are going to do some fangirl bonding, and I'm going to put in Star Wars while we write up our Ahsoka story, and we're going to write up some of the crazy 'funnies' we come up with when we're bored.  She's officially "in" to Star Wars again.  *yays*  This is going to be fun.  ;)

I have sleeping issues.  Seriously.  Last night, I didn't go to sleep until 2:30 am.  I was writing until one, then reading until two, and then I tried to sleep but failed, so I was playing on my iPod for a while.  I found this app that Chibi*Chick installed, and it has all these ultra-calming sound things that are supposed to make you're brain sleep.  I put in the "seductive sleep method 1" and within 30 minutes, I was asleep.  It was really cool actually.  I put it on a timer to play for an hour, and it played soothing ocean sounds, with occasional seagulls calling in the background.  It reminded me of the Keys, so I was in my happy place.  :)  I'm going to use that thing again tonight!  :D

I've read a few GREAT fanfics, so I'm going to update my page.  ;)  For Endor.  :)

Alright, that's all I've got for now, my sister is playing with my lightsaber *I've got to go yell at her for that* and I'm supposed to go help with the dishes.  :P  Talk to y'all later!!!!!!!  :D

Well, Right now I'm mad at Blogger, because I'm trying to set up stuff on my mom's blog and it's just not working.  :x  It also won't finish loading this video that I made and wanted to post!  :P

Other than that, I had a great day!!!  :D

I went to my Viola lesson and it was a lot better than I had anticipated.  I'm happy with the way it went.  The guy was SUPER nice!  He had three dogs and two cats (we were at his house) and he gave me a lot of great advice.  I'll probably go back to him for some more training in preparation for my audition this coming April.  The guy (I can't think of a proper name for him right now....) told me that after about an hour together, I was already playing 600 times better.  He told me that my body was built for the Viola and that he could tell just from hearing me play the C Major scale that I had serious talent.  I really didn't play the scale that great!  ;)  After he helped me though, I played much better.  I feel happy about it, and can't wait to go back!  ;)  He said I'm a project, but one that he's willing to work on.  :D

In other news........
Today was church!!  I had a great time at church. I'll try and get the Church post up, but it will be ULTRA LONG because I've skipped the past 3 Weeks!!!  o.O  It's going to be hard to catch up!  ;)

Also, check out my Favorite Books page....I updated it, and also my poll!!  Which several of you have already voted on!  Who voted "No Way I probably will think it's terrible!!" ?!?  I'm guessing it's either Amaranthine, *no offense Amaranthine! :P* or E, because I know she was on today and commented and she would SOOO do that!!!  *no offense E*  :P  LOL!  Anyway, I'm going to write more now...and I might post it tonight or tomorrow if I work up the guts.  Remember, it's only the 2nd "official" story I've ever written, and it might not be that good, despite how good I think it is/could be/might be  ;)  LOL!

February Challenge: Day 11

Ok, I don't have a picture from 10 years ago on the computer, so I'll post a recent one, but I can't post my face.  SOOO....here you go.

That's what I look like....from the back.  ;)  That was on my beach day that inspired my current background.  :D

Ok, now on to other things.....

I'm so excited for TCW!!!  YAY!!  I can't wait!! 

I finished my math.  All of it...for now.  I'm relieved!  ;)

I wrote another couple thousand words last night.  I think this story might actually amount to something good.  I'm so proud of it so far!  I really like it.

Tomorrow morning I am going to a private viola lesson.  I'm nervous.  I've only been playing the Viola for a few months, and this guy who I'm going to is a PROFESSIONAL.  I don't know him, and my dad says he's the best of the best.  I don't know if I'm good enough for the best of the best.  I'm praying that he's really nice or likes Star Wars or something.  I'm SO nervous!!!!!!!

Also, today I had tea.  Like proper english ladies tea.  At my grandma's house.  My sister and grandma planned the whole thing and then we made Valentines.  It was like an early Valentines day tea.  I even wore a dress.  I feel so feminine in this dress....it's really pretty.  ;)

E and I were reading my blog while my sister and mom and grandma were setting up tea.  She said that I'm whiny when I write.  I don't know....am I?  Maybe I am.  I should probably write more professional I guess....but this is supposed to be like an online journal so.....hmmm, I don't know.  I'll have to think on it.

A quick Hi

Hi All!!!!  :D

Well, today was a much better day.  I'm sorry for being so incredibly whiny in my last post....I just re-read it and it's very unbecoming....I might delete it.

Anyway, the Internet is still broken, so I won't be able to be on Lakehouse or Blogger for a while.  I have a ton of math worksheets to finish or NO CLONE WARS!!!!  *GASP!* I know, I know, get off Blogger and start working.....I am!  Sheesh.....

So, today was P.E. and Dance.  I have another dance class in about an hour....so this post is going to be short.  So, I'm kinda sad because I found out  at P.E. today that one of my friends is moving away.... :(
Dance was fun.  I helped with the little kids and one of the little girls kicked her leg so high it hit her in the nose and she gave herself a bloody nose.  I felt so bad for her!!!  AND, I have tap class in an  hour and I'm excited.  I love the teacher who is teaching us tonight.  She is the teacher I help and she's really fun.  My normal teacher has to go to a funeral, her husband's a firefighter and his lieutenant was killed.  Please keep her and her husband in your prayers!!!

Amaranthine, I will send you my Bio thing for the Newsletter tonight...I've got to get it off of my laptop. Sorry!!  ;P

OOH!!!!  I started writing again.  I'm so excited.  It's romantic, fantasy, and adventure.  I was driving  home last night from Barnes and Noble and was suddenly inspired while we were in the car.  I ran inside the house and started typing.  20 minutes later I had 800 words.  Now I've got around 3,000.  I SO love it!!!  I re-read what I wrote and almost cried!  It's so romantic and beautiful!!  :D  My main characters are two Knights in the King's army.  The story is fantasy but non-magic and non-witchcraft.  Medival almost.  The characters are Christian.  She prays in the beginning, and talks about God later.  I can't wait to write more!!  :D
